unable to start manual hand wheel at side will not raise and lower needle. suddenly became stiff.


the motor was working but clogged around the fan belt so I took it apart and cleaned. put it back but I think the carbon brush on either side of the copper plate are placed wrong now and dont know how to put them back in the correct place. is there any chance it can be looked at kind regards therese
