hi, I am new to sewing. I have made a few items and now I am struggling with the bobbin. it keeps getting stuck and snapping needles. I think the bobbin compartment is damaged. is this something you could take a look at?

janome dc4100 - fault code €error 1€


an old machine that I am not sure is still safe to use although it does work. it has been kept in a cold porch for a few years and there may be some rust so I want it checked over and made good to use please. my daughter also has a new brother computerised machine that does not work at all so this also needs to be looked at please.
