the handle at the back of the machine which lifts and lowers the foot has started to become stiff and feels like it is grating. Sueit was working fine. I could smell a faint overheatingburning dust smell. ran out of thread in bobbin but once I replaced this it no longer works. the motor is still running but it is disengaging the needle like when it is jammed. if I press the pedal really slowly it will work really slowly I think it needs a cleanservice.
Annasinger. it just won`t switch on. i`ve tried a new foot/lead and it still doesn`t work.

Cathneedle is hitting bobbin casing. it was sewing fine then made a noise and the machine stopped and warning came up on screen.
