hi this machine is 10 years old but has hardly been used it is used occasionally but it isnt sewimg correctly. you gave to re thread the needle so many times when you are seeing and also the cotton is looping underneath the book seems to suggest this is due to the tension but despite trying thus on various settings higher and lower it makes no difference I dont think there is much wrong with it but I am trying to find out if it is cost effective to repair or if I should just buy a new one can you advise please
