we bought our us purchased bernia and assumed it was dual voltage and plugged it in and may have blown an internal fuse or worse the motor as it won€™t turn on now


hi. the knob with belt on is tight to turn. when it is moveable slightly only turns a few inches with needle not moving. hopefully can fix. it is a brother. vx-1125.thanks


on sunday I sent an enquiry but did not receive an answer. this is a x singer machine, it is a new machine bought from second hand. the problem is that after switching on there is nothing on the computer and the machine does not sew. when I connect the pedal to the sewing machine it is the same.

my machine is constantly running unless power is shut off and as soon as power is on it immediatley starts to run can not press any buttons to stop it.have u ever heard of this before as have been told it is possibly pcb board just attempting to get a second opinion in hopes it can be repaired at a resonable costmany thanks

not quite sure what the prob is but the top and bottom tension are all out.


i also need a couple of spool pins 1 replacement and one spare


often when I am sewing and take my foot off the pedal to stop the machine continues stitching and I have to pull the pedal cable out to stop it.
