brother inov-is f420machine seems to be working ok but when my wife sews fast there is a high pitched squeak? just wondering if this could be something serious. it is sewing fine and at low speed there is no sound. we have had the machine for a year and wondered how often should it be serviced?thanks

brother the needle broke while zig zagging . I brushed out the fluff. but couldnt find the end of the needle and now it will not sew the spool does not link with the new needle.

it was working fine. I could smell a faint overheatingburning dust smell. ran out of thread in bobbin but once I replaced this it no longer works. the motor is still running but it is disengaging the needle like when it is jammed. if I press the pedal really slowly it will work really slowly I think it needs a cleanservice.

needs a good service new bulb fitting. it keeps jamming wont sew.

it is jammed. part that holds the needle wont move when using pedal or doing by hand on the side. its an extremely old fashioned machine attached to a table and the machine folds up out of the table was my grandmothers. im really upset ive broken it and cant see where its stuck. ive removed the needle but still cant see.

the needle is not pulling the thread through from the bobbin.the hook wheel does not move round not sure if it is supposed to

i have a new home super automatic and have a problem with the tension. even though it is a very old machine I have never had any problems with it before.

the guide to the upper thread at the rear retains and snaps the thread after a few stitches. also becoming quite noisy. this machine has given excellent service for over forty years

the descending arm keeps hitting the needle. it is a new needle and I have checked the settings, so assume the arm has become bent somehow

my bobbin holder isnt working it keeps jamming or not picking up the top thread. also the machine really doesnt like doing back stitch. any help would be most welcome. thank you.
