the handle at the back of the machine which lifts and lowers the foot has started to become stiff and feels like it is grating. ive been trying to fix the tension both bobbin and top bit but keeps sewing like with small dots on top of the fabric cant really call them loops as they are too small. I live in camberwell and its urgent. many thanks
