just not working keeps looping on back stitch


i just got jones x machine was doing bit heavy duty work slowly and it has decried a fault. the motor is still working but not action o from the needle like it is james some where.i got it second hand recently. I had noticed a slight knocking noise like the needle touching the foot plate. other thing is the bobbin dosnt stay put and falls out easily when try to load it usually stays in once lower thread comes through plate .


thread tension problems....threads knotting underneath.


the fabric feeder feet started pullin the fabric backwards after id cleaned it. ive put it all back together and its now going forwards but the stitches are very big and dont change size when altered. it looks like the needle is catching the base plate.
