janome j3-20. I sewed over a pin and there was a clunk as the needle hit the pin head and needle broke. machine is now noisier and when I turn the hand wheel it is very stiff when needle goes to down position. cleaned under needle plate but something feels out of alignment. please could you advise next steps and quote?thanks in advance
