singer machine.i`m fairly new to sewing so not sure what the technical terms are. it was working fine until I tried to sew canvas on it, using a standard size needle. the needle snapped and the machine keeps snarling up the cotton in the machine. the display states it`s an error c4, and i`ve cleaned out the parts it tells me but there is still a loud banging noise, snarled up cotton and a funny noise coming from it.could you please help?many thanksjulie
